In Kindil el Bahr, Nfissa, a young mother luxuriating in the freedom and sensuality of the sea, swims far offshore where a group of young men surround her. Her disappearance alarms her family, and when mysterious events begin to occur at the same beach, everyone panics. An imaginative and visually stunning tale of societal shunning, blame, and revenge.

BOXING GIRL (Senegal, 2016, 26 min.) directed by Iman Djionne After getting hit by a motorbike, Adama, a bored 17-year-old hairdresser, finds boxing gloves. They mysteriously take her on a journey all over the city of Dakar. In Wolof with English subtitles.
